  5. Delivery Restrictions: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Rajgharanaa is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or P.O. Boxes.

Our custom stitching service is designed to provide you with a unique garment that reflects your personal style and measurements. 3.1. Non-Returnable Items:

Customized garments are crafted specifically for you, based on your unique measurements, design preferences, and fabric selections. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we regret to inform you that custom-stitched garments are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3.2. Fit and Alteration Guarantee:

We strive to ensure that your custom-stitched garment fits you perfectly. However, we understand that minor adjustments may be necessary. In such cases, we offer a one-time complimentary alteration service within 14 days of receiving your garment. This service is only applicable to minor alterations such as length adjustments, waist adjustments, or sleeve adjustments.

Eligibility for Alterations: To be eligible for alterations, the garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Please note that significant design changes or size alterations may incur additional charges.

3.3. Defective or Incorrect Orders:

If you receive a custom-stitched garment that is defective or significantly different from the design specifications provided, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will assess the issue and, if verified, will provide you with options for correction, replacement, or a refund.

Process: To initiate a return or exchange for a defective or incorrect item, please provide us with detailed photographs of the garment, highlighting the issue. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

3.4. Measurement and Design Confirmation:

Before proceeding with the stitching of your customized garment, we ensure that all measurements and design details are confirmed by you. It is crucial to review these details carefully, as any discrepancies due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer are not covered under our return policy.

3.5. Final Sale:

All custom-stitched garments are considered final sale once the order has been confirmed and the stitching process has begun. We are unable to accept cancellations or changes to the order once it has entered production.

4. Eligibility for Returns

– Items marked as “Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

  3. Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely in the original packaging and send it to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Once approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
