This Policy explains customer rights, return eligibility, replacement terms, refund conditions, and cancellation rules applicable to purchases made from Rajgharanaa.

Rajgharanaa strictly adheres to Indian consumer protection laws and ensures fair trade practices, transparency, and ethical business conduct. Nothing in this Policy limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under Indian law.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Eligibility conditions:
Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Original tags, invoice, and packaging must be intact
No stains, odors, or damage
Return request must be raised within 7 days
Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Sale, discount, clearance, or promotional products
Customized, stitched, altered, or made-to-order garments
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Products without original tags or packaging
Rajgharanaa reserves the right to reject non-compliant returns.
During sale or promotional periods:
No returns are allowed
One-time replacement only is permitted
Replacement is allowed only for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect delivery
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Refunds are not permitted on sale items
Rajgharanaa allows only one replacement per order.
Once a replacement is issued:
No further return, replacement, or refund will be accepted
If replacement is unavailable, Rajgharanaa may offer:
A similar product of equal value
Store credit
Refund (only for eligible non-sale domestic orders)
Refunds apply only to eligible non-sale domestic orders after quality inspection.
Refund details:
Processed to original payment method
Completed within 7–10 business days
Shipping, COD, and service charges are non-refundable
International orders follow the same eligibility rules with additional conditions:
Returns allowed within 7 days (excluding sale items)
One-time replacement only
Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
Returned parcels due to customs rejection or non-acceptance are not eligible for refund.
Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear product images
Order ID and invoice
Claims without valid evidence may be rejected.

All returned items undergo inspection. Rajgharanaa reserves the right to reject items failing quality standards and return them at the customer’s expense.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Shipped orders cannot be cancelled
Rajgharanaa may cancel orders due to inventory, pricing, or payment issues with a full refund
Rajgharanaa may modify this Policy at any time. The version applicable at the time of purchase shall prevail. This Policy is governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction under competent Indian courts.
