All products are subject to availability. Rajgharanaa reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify descriptions without notice.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice.

Payments can be made through authorized payment gateways, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other approved methods. Rajgharanaa does not store sensitive payment information.

In case of pricing errors, Rajgharanaa reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the paid amount.

6. Order Confirmation & Dispatch

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and order acknowledgment by Rajgharanaa. Dispatch timelines are estimates and may vary due to customization, stock availability, or external factors.

Rajgharanaa shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or government restrictions.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are indicative. Rajgharanaa partners with third-party logistics providers and does not guarantee exact delivery dates.

For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and compliance with destination country regulations.

8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by Rajgharanaa’s Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Customers are advised to review the policy before placing orders.

10. Customization & Made-to-Order Products

Customized, stitched, or made-to-order garments are prepared based on customer specifications and are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and details.

Rajgharanaa shall not be liable for fitting issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
